Please be informed that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee vide its circular resolution passed on 08th November 2020, had allotted in aggregate 8,400 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each to the employees who had exercised their options under Polycab Employee Stock Option Performance Scheme 2018.
