The 67th Annual General Meeting of our Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 29th August, 2024 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conference / other audio visual means (OAVM). Further, in Compliance with Regulation 34(1) of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), a copy of Annual report for the Financial Year 2023-24 is attached herewith.
