Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with corresponding circulars and notifications issued there under by SEBI, we are enclosing herewith the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter & Half Year ended 30th September, 2020 which have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 10th November, 2020. Arrangements have also been made to publish the Extracts of Financial Results in the News Papers. The Statutory Auditors of the Company have carried out a Limited Review of the above results. A Copy of Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith.
