POLYGENTA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - COVID-19 Disaster Management - Stoppage Of Plant Operations

<BR> As we all are aware, the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) has affected over 110 countries, including India. Given the magnitude and the extent of its spread, the WHO has declared it a Pandemic.<BR> <BR> As part of disaster management to meet this urgent and severe health exigency, the Company has started stopping operations of all the plants of its factory at Gat 265/1 - 266, Village Avankhed, Taluka Dindori, District Nashik, Pin: 422201 from today (23 March 2020) in a staggered manner. The operations of the last Plant of this unit will be stopped tomorrow (24 March 2020) morning.<BR> <BR> Thus, from tomorrow (24 March 2020) there will be comprehensive shut-down of Avankhed, Nashik Unit until 31 March 2020.<BR> <BR> The situation will be reviewed again by end of March 2020.<BR>
