The trading window shall remain closed from 1st April 2022 for dealing in securities of the Company on account of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2022 and shall be re-opened after 48 hours from the conclusion of Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending 31st March 2022 has been approved.
