The trading window shall remain closed from the end of the financial year for dealing in the Securities of the Company on account of declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2023 and shall be re-opened after 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2023 has been approved.
