In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the register of Members and Share Transfer Book in respect of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed from Friday 08th March, 2024 to Thursday 14th March, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of convening the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting to held on Thursday 14th March, 2024.
