Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 we are enclosing herewith 29th Annual Report for the financial year 2020-21 along with the Notice of 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 29th day of September, 2021 at 03:00 P.M. through Video Conferencing or Other Audio Video Means (OAVM) for which purposes the registered office of the Company shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting.
