Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors, in their meeting held on 28th May, 2024, have considered and approved the following matters: 1. On the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors considered and approved the re-appointment of M/s. Nikhil Jain & Associates, Cost Accountants, Indore (FRN: 006363) as the Cost Auditor of the Company to conduct an Audit of the Cost Accounts for the financial year 2024-25, subject to ratification of remuneration by the members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
