This is to inform that the 32nd AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27th September, 2024 at 01:00 P.M. (IST) through VC /OAVM, in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the MCA and the SEBI as amended from time to time. In accordance with the Circulars issued by the MCA and SEBI, the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2023-24 along with the Notice convening 32nd AGM is being sent to those members of the Company whose email addresses are registered with the Company and/or Depository Participant(s). Pursuant to Regulation 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith a copy of Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2023-24 containing the Notice convening 32nd AGM of the Company.
