Power Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on February 12, 2020, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- Declaration of payment of interim dividend @ Rs 9.50 per equity share on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the FY 2019-20.<BR><BR>The date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be on or before March 12, 2020.
