Further to our earlier communication dated 20th March 2017, this is to inform that the Company has fixed 01st April, 2017 as the "Record Date' for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the F. Y. 2016-17, if declared by the Board in its meeting scheduled to be held on 24th March, 2017.
