POWER FINANCE CORPORATION LTD. - Notice of Offer for Sale of shares by the Promoter

The President of India, acting through and represented by the Ministry of Power, Government of India is the promoter of Power Finance Corporation Ltd (the "Promoter") has submitted to BSE a copy of Notice of Offer for Sale up to 6,60,02,035 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Offer Shares"), representing 5% of the total paid up equity share capital of Power Finance Corporation Ltd (the "Company"), by Promoter through a sale on the separate window provided by the BSE Ltd. & NSE Ltd. (the "Stock Exchanges") for this purpose.<BR><BR>The Offer shall take place during trading hours on a separate window of the Stock Exchanges and shall commence on July 27, 2015 at 9:15 a.m. and shall close on the July 27, 2015 at 3:30 p.m. Indian Standard Time (Offer Date).
