Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power has vide Order dt. February 16, 2017 conveyed the appointment of Shri Tse Ten Dorji and Jyotika Kalra as part-time non-official Directors on the Board of POWERGRID for a period of three years from the date of notification of their appointment, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
