Pradeep Metals Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2016, have taken the following decisions:<BR><BR>1. Noting of payment of Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.60 per Equity Share declared on March 15, 2016.<BR><BR>2. No further Dividend has been recommended.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Mr. Dilip Dalvi, Accounts Head, as Deputy CFO of the Company with immediate effect.
