PRADEEP METALS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed from 30th June, 2022 for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relative(s). The Trading Window will open 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022 becomes generally available information.
