PML/SE/2017-18/34 dated 2nd November, 2017, and pursuant to Regulation 33, 30 and other applicable regulations , if any of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) Regulations, 2015(the Listing Regulations).<BR> we wish to state that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, has considered and approved<BR> 1. Appointment of Mr. Kartick Maheshwari (DIN:00796734) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive and Independent) on the Board of the Company, w.e.f. 10th November, 2017, who shall hold office upto the date of ensuing General Meeting of the Company.
