Pradhin Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

With reference to captioned subject and as per Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives adopted by the board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 the Trading Window (for sale and purchase of Company's Equity Shares) will remain closed from 01st January, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Third Quarter ended 30th December 2020 becomes generally available to public for all designated persons including their immediate relatives.
