PRAJ INDUSTRIES LTD. - Change in Statutory Auditors

Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that B. K. Khare & Co., the Statutory Auditors of the Company vide their letter dated June 10, 2015, have resigned as Statutory Auditors with immediate effect.<BR><BR>Further, the audit of the financial statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, has been completed by the Statutory Auditors B.K. Khare & Co.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the recommendation of Audit Committee and subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors has appointed M/s P.G. Bhagwat as Statutory Auditors with immediate effect.
