Praj Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2014, has re-appointed Mr. Gajanan Nabar, as CEO and MD for a period of three years commencing from August 01, 2014 till July 31, 2017, subject to the approval of the General Meeting.
