Prajay Engineers Syndicate Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 19, 2016 and as per the recommendations of the Audit Committee, has appointed M/s. Meenavalli & Associates as Statutory Auditors of the Company, subject to approval by Shareholders, with immediate effect.
