The Board of Directors in its Meeting held on 27th August, 2024, approved the Re appointment of Mr. Prabhudas Mohanbhai Gondalia as Managing Director of the Company for a further term of 5 Years from 1st September, 2024 to 31st August, 2029, Subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2024.
