Further, the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the Company by the Insiders covered under Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities has already been closed from January 1, 2023 and shall remained closed till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022.
