Mr. Harbir Singh Banga, (DIN: 05313332), whose appointment was recommended by nomination and remuneration committee and who was appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors (''Board'') of the Company with effect from 12.02.2021, in terms of Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Articles of Association of the Company and who holds office up to the date of this Annual General Meeting, is appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
