PREMCO GLOBAL LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/05/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 15th May, 2024 inter-alia to : 1) Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2024 along with the Audit Report issued by Statutory Auditor of the Company. 2) To recommend Final Dividend for FY 2023-24, if any.
