Premier Chennai Properties Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held through Video Conference on June 17, 2020, inter alia, have resolved to declare and pay interim dividend of Rs. 532/- (i.e. Rupees Five hundred and thirty-two rupees only) per equity share (which is 5320% of the face value of Rs. 10/- of the equity shares) of the<BR>Company to all the shareholders for the Financial Year 2019-20.<BR>
