Premier Explosives Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 26, 2022 inter alia :<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To recommend the payment of equity dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22.<BR><BR>Further, in this connection, as notified by the Company vide letter dated March 29, 2022, pursuant to the Company''s Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window close period for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their relatives of the company has commenced from April 01, 2022 and will end on May 28, 2022.
