Premier Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 30, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from October 28, 2014 to October 31, 2014 (both days inclusive).
