With ref. to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders and clarification letter of BSE regarding trading restriction period, we with to inform you that trading window in securities/shares of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 1, 2024 for all designated persons and their immediate relative(s) till 48 hours after the announcement of an un-audited financial result of the Company for the quarter ending on September 30, 2024.
