Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing and Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 28th Day of February, 2024 inter-alia, discussed and considered the matter of raising of funds through the issuance of securities via preferential issuance and consented to take the same further in upcoming board meetings.
