Pricol Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Suprajit Engineering Limited, Bangalore for sale of Company's Automotive Speedo Cable Business (a non-core business) which had estimated annual sales of Rs. 100 million, on a Slump Sale Basis.
