PRIMA PLASTICS LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, (as amended from time to time), and as per Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives from Saturday, October 1, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2022.
