PRIME INDUSTRIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform you that as per the Company''s Code of Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Persons (Directors/Officers/Designated Employees) and their immediate relatives by the insiders, as defined under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, shall remain closed from January 01, 2021 till the expiry of 48 hours of the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December, 2020.
