Prime Securities Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2016, have:<BR><BR>1. Terminated its agreement with M/s. Sharepro Services (India) Private Limited as Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company with immediate effect; and<BR><BR>2. Approved the appointment of M/s. Link Intime India Private Limited as the new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the Company with immediate effect.
