Prism Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Satish Raheja has resigned as Director of the Company with immediate effect and consequently, Mr. Akshay Raheja who was appointed as Alternate to Mr. Satish Raheja has ceased to be an Alternate Director with immediate effect.
