Prism Informatics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 20, 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following:<BR><BR>1. The Board approved Issue of Right Shares to mobilize Rupees Ten Crores (Rs. 10 Crores) to augment Working Capital Requirement.<BR><BR>2. Appointment of Mr. Atul Pradhan as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of M/s D. Kothari and Co. as Statutory Auditor of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Appointment of Consultants as follows:<BR><BR>i) Service Tax consultant:- RSM Astute Consulting Private Limited <BR>ii) Transfer Pricing- M/s A.D & Co.<BR><BR>5. The Board discussed about Restructuring the Capital and Board of Prism Informatics Europe AG (Wholly owned subsidiary of Prism Informatics Limited)
