This is to inform you that as per Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the Financial year 2020-21 ending on March 31, 2021, for all Designated Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel of the Company from April 01, 2021 till the second trading day after announcement of the financial results to the Stock Exchanges (both days inclusive). <BR> <BR> All Designated Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel of the Company have been intimated not to enter in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.<BR>
