In terms of SEBI(PIT) Regulations,2015, Trading window for designated person and specified connected person of the company to deal in securities of the company shall remain closed from 01.10.2024 till the end of 48 hours, after the financial result of the company for the second quarter/ half year ending 30.09.2024, become generally available.
