This has reference to the communication dated August 28,2024 wherein the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on the same day, had recommended a final dividend of Rs. 95 per equity share, for the Financial Year ended June 30,2024. We would like to inform you that the dividend shall be paid between November 25,2024 to December 20,2024, on approval of the members at 60th Annual General Meeting, will be held on November 25,2024.
