The Board of Directors in their meeting held today have approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the financial year 2025-26 ended on 31st March, 2026.Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith:1.Statement of Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2026. 2.Auditors' Report on the Audited Financial Results3.Declaration to the effect that there is Unmodified Opinion with respect to Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2026 and considered and approved the appointment of M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners, Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company to fill the casual vacancy caused for conducting the Secretarial Audit of the Company for the financial year 2025-26, who shall hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
