SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dt 11.07.2023) for non compliance of Reg. 33 of SEBI (LODR) Reg.2015 in respect of non-submission of the Financial Results with the period prescribed under the regulation in this connection we wish to make our submission, we have initially fully complied with the said regulation by submitting the Financial Result) Standalone & Consolidated) for the period ended 31.03.2024, along with all the relevant statements and Annexures on 30.05.2024 immediately upon conclusion of Board Meeting as mandate,. 2.
