This is further to our letter No. PSL/2020-21/833 dated December 8, 2020 vide which Notice for convening of 32nd Annual General meeting ('AGM') of the Company was sent to you for your information. The said 32nd Annual General Meeting was held today through video-conferencing, however due to lack of quorum the meeting stood adjourned to the same day on the next week i.e. Wednesday, 6th January, 2021 at 10:30 AM through video-conferencing.<BR> <BR> <BR> Kindly take this information on your record and oblige.<BR>
