PSL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2016, has accepted the resignation of Mr. S. P. Bhatia, Whole time Director of the Company and Mr. Bhatia will be relieved from his official duties at close of business hours of February 28, 2016.
