PTC India Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is proposing to conduct Postal Ballot process for passing some resolutions and for the purpose has fixed February 06, 2015 as the cut-off date for determining the name of shareholders who are entitled to receive the postal ballot notice.
