PTC India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, to approve and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015 of FY 2015 -16.<BR><BR>As per the Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information adopted by the Company, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 1992, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed till November 05, 2015.
