Pudumjee Industries Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on February 06, 2017 Mr, J. W. Patil, Company Secretary have been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with immediate effect. Henceforth Mr. J. W. Patil will act as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company.
