Punj Lloyd Ltd has informed BSE that in connection with the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, the trading window shall remain closed for all Designated Employees of the Company on and from May 01, 2015 and shall continue until the beginning of 49th hour after the public announcement of the financial results are made.
