PUNJ LLOYD LTD. - Winding-up Notice against Punj Lloyd Ltd

The Exchange has received a letter dated February 06, 2014 from Majmudar and Partners, Advocates and Solicitors - Re: Decree and Judgement passed by HC of Justice Queen's Bench Division Technology and Construction Court, London against Punj Lloyd Ltd (532693).<br/><br/>In this regard, Exchange has sought query with respect to Statutory Winding up Notice under Section 433 and Section 434 of the Companies Act, 1956 as given in "Annexure B" appended to letter dated February 06, 2014 from Majmudar and Partners, Advocates and Solicitors.<br/><br/>The Company has replied to the Exchange as under :<br/><br/>"The Winding up Notice dated January 15, 2014, received from Majmudar and Partners, Advocates and Solicitors, on behalf of its client M/s. SABIC UK Petrochemicals Limited, was suitably replied by our legal counsel, M/s. Amarchand and Mangaldas (Copy Enclosed)."
