In compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015 as amended upto date, it is hereby informed that "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for "designated Persons" having access to Unpublished Price Sensitive Information until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2023. The date of announcement of financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2023 will be intimated in due course.
