Punj Lloyd Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved and adopted revised Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure as per the terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 vide a circular resolution passed on May 11, 2015.
